Each RGA was given a symptom (what the customer saw) and a cause code (QA's defect codes, or UNK when the text doesn't say) by AI (Claude Opus 5) from the complaint and QA's notes. Check a random sample: agree, or correct it. Corrections are kept, override the AI everywhere, and a confirmed cause fills the RGA's own defect code. The agreement rate tells you how far to trust the trend charts.
