While Test Mode is on, every digest still generates and sends on schedule, but only to your own inbox — nobody else receives anything.

Each user can hold any combination of roles below. Admin is the only one that affects access today — it grants this admin panel plus every RFQ/stage override across the suite. The rest (Sales, Procurement, Estimating, Engineering, Machine Shop, Die Management, Quality, Operations, Training, HR) are department tags with no access effect yet — reserved for upcoming daily-email digests, reminders, and per-department views.
