Weekday-morning email per group (Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Estimating, CEO, Sending & Closing, Supplier Award Notes) summarizing what's new, what's still waiting on them, and what moved forward since the last digest. While Test Mode is on, every digest still generates and sends on schedule, but only to your own inbox — nobody else receives anything.

Shows a countdown banner with your message on every open USFT page, so people can save their work, then logs everyone out when it reaches zero. Sessions from before that moment stop working even on tabs that were closed or asleep. You stay logged in. People can log straight back in afterwards.

Pick a folder on your computer or a mapped network drive. This page looks through it and its subfolders, shows what's new, and uploads only what you approve to the chosen USFT app. Files already uploaded are recognized by their content and skipped, so scanning again is safe. Works in Chrome or Edge.

Each user can hold any combination of roles below. Admin is the only one that affects access today — it grants this admin panel plus every RFQ/stage override across the suite. The rest (Sales, Procurement, Estimating, Engineering, Machine Shop, Die Management, Quality, Operations, Training, HR) are department tags with no access effect yet — reserved for upcoming daily-email digests, reminders, and per-department views.
